Style #2390 - High Performance Syn. Fiber, PTFE Impregnated

Style #2390 - High Performance Syn. Fiber, PTFE Impregnated packing is designed for medium or low-temperature steam (up to 500°F), hot or cold water, and aqueous solutions (except strong mineral acids). It is suitable for piston and valve rods of pumps, valve stems, and centrifugal pump shafts. Made with Syn-pak fibers impregnated with PTFE and lubricated using Allstate's unique non-petroleum lubrication process, this packing contains no graphite, sulfur, silicone, or wax. Its interlock braid construction conforms to the stuffing box configuration, requiring less gland load to effect a seal. Suitable for temperatures up to 500°F, shaft speeds up to 1800 R.P.M., and a pH range of 1-13 (excluding concentrated or hot sulfuric and nitric acids).
