Style #1845K - PTFE with Aramid Corners, Interlock Braid packing combines the strength and heat-dissipating qualities of aramid corners with the low-friction characteristics of PTFE graphite. This unique design prevents extrusion that may occur without corner reinforcement. It is ideal for severe pump applications, paper mill stock pumps, agitators, and other areas requiring strength and excellent lubricating qualities. Featuring an interlock braid of PTFE with aramid corners, this packing is suitable for temperatures up to 550°F (285°C), shaft speeds up to 2500 R.P.M., pressures up to 300 PSI (20 Bar), and a pH range of 2-12. *GFO is a registered trademark of W.L.
